Hand pulled prints on Pigmented paper, Light installation

I start by pigmenting glassine paper which is thin and transparent, and then hand pull
monoprints onto it. I then created large metal lightweight hoops to secure the paper to creating portal-like objects. Clusters of programmable lights add color, and illumination behind pieces allowing them to overlap. This piece considers the transfer of energy, and the movement of light as celebration and experience.
